AIの普及に伴い、データをAIで使える状態に精製するプラットフォームの重要性が増大。産業競争力や安全保障に関わるデータを他国の基盤に依存せず処理できる国内サービスの確保が急務とされ、データ精製や組織間のデータ連携技術の開発を通じて国内プラットフォームを育てる方向。

②セキュリティの確保された政府・地方公共団体のAX/DX基盤

行政運営と国民生活を支える基盤として、サイバー攻撃や大規模災害の際にも機能を保つ強靱性が求められる。高いセキュリティと耐災害性を備えた国内クラウドへの投資と公共分野での率先導入により、官民のデジタル化を支える国内エコシステムを築く方向。

③AI時代に対応した先進的サイバーセキュリティ製品・サービス

AIによる攻撃の増加で対策強化が急務となる中、国内市場は年10％程度の拡大が続く見込み。官民の一次情報を活かした国産製品・サービスの開発と、OT（制御系）セキュリティなど得意分野での信頼性・認知の向上、導入促進を通じて、国内で開発が進むエコシステムをつくる方向。

④クラウド・データセンター、蓄電池

データ・AI利活用を支える基盤で、国内市場は約4兆円規模・年20％超で拡大中。AIの普及で計算需要が急増する中、信頼できる基盤の国内供給は成長と経済安全保障の双方から重要とされ、電力・通信インフラの整備を通じた国内データセンター構築と、高信頼クラウドを前提にした産業構造への転換を進める方向。

電池工業会 JEITA
⑤クラウドネイティブに最適化された医療DX基盤

創薬・医療機器の研究開発の基盤であるとともに、国内で50兆円規模に及ぶ医療提供体制の効率化・質向上にも直結する。院内サーバー型が主流の医療機関システムをクラウドネイティブ型へ刷新し、安全な医療提供とデータ連携による研究開発の基盤を確立する方向。

JFMDA
⑥自動運転技術

現在の自動車市場を上回る規模が見込まれる成長産業で、事故削減や地域の足の確保など課題解決の面でも重要な領域。世界販売シェア約25％や多様な走行環境を活かし、E2E方式を搭載した国産車両の開発とデータ収集の好循環をつくり、世界シェアの確保を目指す方向。
